Knots & Strokes' business model focuses on investing and empowering artisanal communities at the grassroots level. Through fair trade and short distribution channels, and job creation, they aim to lessen socio-economic disparities and strengthen sustainability for artisanal communities, particularly women in the global south.

We were delighted to help Knots and Strokes to create a brand and other visual identity together. We applied our sustainability knowledge to them so all their collaterals are printed on FSC paper with soy ink with no lamination at all. We worked with them on sizes and shapes on packaging to provide the most sustainable and cost effective ways of printing and production.

It has been wonderful to see them grow since 2012.
